Had a bit of a mix up in making an appointment thrn that appointment was cancelled so waited 2 weeks. However, that’s the only bad thing to say about it. I was very nervous getting an IUS put in but the nurses were so lovely and comforting and made me much less nervous. The nurses seem to clearly care about you and want you to be happy with your decisions.

A confirmation of appointment would be useful as you don’t get one if appointment is made on phone

I always really appreciate this surgery and how hard you try for people, how friendly and down to earth the nurses and reception staff are. I've only seen Dr Austera, who is a gem, but I'm sure the other GPs are also good.

I think slightly more conversation about the smear test and checking in might have been a good idea but generally I think this was an unusual experience as I was far more tense than I usually am. But I suppose people are tense sometimes?
